Angela has over three decades experience working as a teacher and leader in schools and was Head Teacher for eleven years. She has worked with the Innovation Unit in London as a Leadership Coach and, through EdTransform and formerly EOS Education, has worked with many schools nationally to support transformational change in both leadership and learning. She is passionate about working with leaders to effect cultural change to bring about new ways of learning that prepare young people for life in a global community.
Denise has been teaching for nearly 20 years in London, Milton Keynes and the Bedfordshire area and this is her second headship. In her first headship she led her school to an ‘outstanding’ Ofsted grade. In her current role as Head Teacher of a large primary school she has built, led and developed a new team, led the school through two Ofsted inspections with the most recent obtaining a ‘good’ grade with an ‘outstanding’ grade for behaviour, safety and welfare as well as the Early Years.
Neville understands the importance of building a great team that involves the whole community. Over his time at Scartho Junior Academy he has led the school through three successive ‘good’ Ofsted inspections. He has successfully supported school across and beyond the EdTransform network.
Kerry Lilico is an Executive Head Teacher of two very unique schools in North Tyneside; Grasmere Academy and Stephenson Memorial Primary School. She has worked at these schools for 10 years and is passionate about providing a curriculum and education that is inclusive, innovative and engaging.
Jo is former Deputy Head of one of EdTransform's Associate schools, Great Denham Primary in Bedford. She is a former Specialist Leader in Education, trained in the REAL© Projects and Challenge Based Learning pedagogical approach and was instrumental in supporting Great Denham to achieve a very positive Ofsted outcome for the school. She is hugely talented in many areas and has great insight into leadership practice.
